Standard Terms and Conditions
PEBBLE HOME & GARDEN
These Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops provided by us and must
be read together with the applicable Individual Workshop Proposal.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms:
• Participant means any individual attending a workshop.
• Booking Party means the person or organisation making the booking,
being either the Participant (Individual Booking) or the Workshop
Organiser (Group Booking).
• Workshop Organiser means the individual booking on behalf of a group.
• Individual Workshop Proposal means the written proposal setting out
workshop-specific details.
2. General Information
Our workshops are recreational creative experiences and do not constitute accredited
training or qualifications.
3. Venues
Venues will be confirmed in the Individual Workshop Proposal. Participants must comply
with venue rules. We are not responsible for third-party venue facilities beyond what is
agreed.
4. Registration and Booking
A booking is confirmed only when written confirmation is issued and any required
booking fee has been received.
5. Group Bookings
The Workshop Organiser confirms they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf
of all Participants and is responsible for communication and payments.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in the Individual Workshop Proposal and payable in accordance with

7. Cancellations and Refunds
As workshops require advance preparation and materials, cancellations are subject to
the terms set out in the Individual Workshop Proposal.
8. Class Modifications
We may make reasonable changes to workshop content, materials, timing, or
facilitators.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond
our reasonable control, including illness, venue issues, or insufficient participant
numbers.
In such circumstances, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a refund of fees paid.
We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by Participants.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and follow all instructions. We may remove
Participants for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
10. Health, Safety and Fitness to Participate
Workshops involve tools and materials. Participants confirm they are fit to participate
and must disclose relevant conditions. We reserve the right to refuse participation
where we reasonably believe it may pose a risk to the Participant or others.
11. Clothing and Personal Belongings
Participants should wear suitable clothing. We are not responsible for personal
belongings.
12. Use of Materials and Equipment
Materials and equipment are provided for workshop use only and must be used
responsibly.
13. Finished Work and Outcomes
Details of what Participants may take home are set out in the Individual Workshop
Proposal. No guarantee is given as to final results.
14. Breakages and Accidental Damage
Creating stoneware is wonderfully unpredictable. While every care is taken, breakages
may occur during making, drying, or curing either in the workshop or when Participants
take home their piece of stoneware. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the survival or
final appearance of any piece. No refunds or replacements will be offered.PEBBLE HOME & GARDEN
15. Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol and Substances
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Participants must not attend under the influence
of alcohol or substances.
16. Photography and Marketing
We may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes. Participants may opt out.
17. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this,
we are not liable for losses arising from participation.
18. Intellectual Property
Workshop content remains our intellectual property and may not be used commercially
without consent.
19. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable laws.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at booking applies.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
