🪴Join us for a Unique Stone Planter Workshop🪴Step into the artisan world of sustainable and traditional craftsmanship. Hand finish and take home your very own eco-friendly, heritage inspired stone planter complete with feet (worth £43).
Your stone pot and feet are supplied pre-cast, Amanda will demonstrate, guide and share stone sculpting skills, top tips and insider secrets!
You will learn how to handle, hone and etch your own personally inspired stone planter. Experiment with professional tools (provided) and learn traditional skills and finishing techniques. You will add personal and creative twists to craft your very own, one-of-a-kind heirloom.
Take luxury time for yourself, lose yourself in the creativity of carving. Get stuck in, relax, de-stress. Make and take home something unique and everlasting, grow something unforgettable…. Just roll your your sleeves and let’s get creative.
All tools, materials, aprons and gloves are provided, just bring your enthusiasm.
Workshop and Private Group costs are per person and based on UK location. Each candidate will need personal space of approximately 1 metre square. Surfaces are fully protected, clean and left in their original condition. Company Liability Certificate available on request.

Amanda brings over 30 years of creative commercial experience to her work and has a natural and practical approach to mindfulness. She has presented on live television and spoken at private and corporate events; with her calm grounded approach, warm presence and clear engaging communication through hosting Planter Workshops she has found an ability to translate mindfulness into impactful experiences resonating with diverse audiences.
🪴Pause to Craft : A Unique Stone Planter Workshop🪴
These sessions are based on the above experience, no creative flair is necessary and accessible to everyone of all ages and abilities.
Within the group and supplied with a pre-cast Croft Tub and feet, the participants will become immersed handling damp, vulnerable, fudgelike (slightly messy) stone – a unique hands-on experience that few will have experienced.
Stress reduces as attention shifts from deadlines, screens and responsibilities. In a quiet space, gentle personalised support allows self reflection, permission to pause and encourages creative expression within a non judgmental environment. As hands shape, smooth and creatively etch, thoughts are grounded through the calmness of repetitive movement. With no boundaries the mind de-stresses; there is ‘no right or wrong’.
The participant takes home their masterpiece. As the stone dries it resplendently becomes stronger and more beautiful. Drying and care instructions are supplied as are seasonal planting suggestions to complete this Eco-friendly, organically inspired memento.
